- Delivery time -

- DENIAL OF SERVICE -

He may deny service to customers:
- rude
- Insistent (in a rude or too extreme way)
- Transphobic/homophobic/sexist/etc.
-Be on my black list for "x" or "y" reason.
- Even if I am told "I want the drawing, not the money" this will be invalid and the refund will still be processed, the person will be blocked and put on the "NO list"

- Changes -

The changes will be in the corresponding stage.
NO changes can be made in another stage which does not correspond, please review your drawing well.In case of insisting too much, you will be charged an extra 20% of the total drawing.SKETCH
- Small changes: maximum 5, then $10 mxn will be charged for each change.
- Large changes: maximum 2, then it will be $40 mxn for each extra change.LINEART
- Small changes: maximum 3, then $20 mxn will be charged for each change.
- Large changes: Maximum 2, then it will be $60 mxn for each extra change.

- REFUNDS -

Refunds can ONLY be made unless service is denied or offered by me.
Depending on how much of the drawing has been worked on, will be the amount of reimbursement.
Nothing advanced: 100%
Sketch: 80%
lineart: 60%
Base color: 40%
From this part, there are no refunds.

- Drawings use -

- The drawings are for personal use, in case of commercial use, a different price will be charged.Drawings cannot be recolored or traced.The linearts or sketches (without color) can be colored by you or by another artist.It can NOT be used in AI or as NFT, in case of doing so the person will be blocked and put on the "No list"
Remember, the drawings are the intellectual property of the artist, they are NOT private property.. ^^
